Need help copied mysql

Hi all,

Im moving my site from one sever to another. I did a mysql "dump
in phpmyadmin  and tried to upload the sql file to the other mysql
server. For some reaon ...it tells me the sql was succesfull, but it
wont create my tables in the new db.


Is there another way to do this? The db is WAY to large to do it by
hand.
