Underscores represent directories in the PEAR naming/file location
standards.

So, if the package is named Sqlite_Tools, then the file should be in
/pear/sqlite/tools.  But, I suspect the real intention here is to name the
package "SqliteTools" and have the file located in /pear/SqliteTools.
Please adjust the name or location.

Please also address the uneven code indenting.
