Visual Studio .Net 2003 Build Errors

I am trying to compile a C# compact framework project.  If I build the
project it appears to compile fine, but when I try to debug in the
emulator or on a device I get the "There were build errors. Continue?"
message box.  However the Tasks window does not list any errors.  Does
anyone know what the problem is?  If this is not the right message
board please direct me to the correct one.
