web site builder code

Hi,

I am looking for some c# sharp source code that will let me create and
manage 100+ web sites. They will be control via admin area, ie links,
colours etc. With all content and settings stored in a sql database.

Would like to find this code so i dont have to start from stratch.
any ideas?
