Programming Forum and web based access to our favorite programming groups.Trying to download an iso image from MSDN but Microsoft File Transfer Manage r never starts. I went to http://transfers.one.microsoft.com/ftm to reinstall the FTM. I received the following message: "There was an error launching the File Transfer Manager. Please try again later." I have followed the MSDN FAQ regarding removing and reinstalling FTM but have had no success. The problem is that I have been trying for the last 2 ws and no success. Please help.

Post Follow-up to this messageAndy, I originally emailed msdn subscriber downloads support. They got back to me with a strategy that was published in one of your kb articles that I had already tried. So I emailed them back to let them know that. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FOR 3 DAYS!!! Can you help me out since I have not gotten any response in the past 3 days?
