Programming Forum and web based access to our favorite programming groups.Tony, I saw that you registered a PHP 5 version of HTTP_Session. I recall a sense of urgency in your previous emails but so far you haven't yet cleared the bugs on the PHP 4 version nor released the PHP 5 version. If you are around to clear the bugs of the first version and then release on the 2 branch please let me know.I would appreciate if you could provide me with an estimate date for the bug fixes and new release on both branches. If you are too busy just let me know. Cheers David Costa

Just to clarify when you asked me to take over or join the development it looked like was something you needed the same day or never. When I told you that I wanted some more time for the bugs you said that the code is "pretty straightforward" :D Anyway, please keep me/QA posted and thanks in advance. Regards David Costa
Post Follow-up to this messageWell, to be more clear on that, we had to have a PHP5 solution. Our application is in early coding stages and we have requirements to manage the sessions in a database. I either had to use something that was out there or create my own half-assed OO-wrapper to the session_ functions. Long and short is we are using the PHP5 code I have with no problems so far but I need some time to clean it up for a beta release. Long and short is I still plan on addressing the existing bugs. If you have further questions let me know. --Tony David Costa wrote: > > On Aug 10, 2004, at 3:37 PM, Tony Bibbs wrote: > > > No problem.
