Do I really have to reinvent the configuration-parser wheel every time
I write something that needs persistent configuration data? I've been
unable to find a standard or even fairly popular implementation of
this rather common task and can't shake the feeling that I simply
haven't looked in the right spot.

My libtc library includes a configuration file parser/writer. Read
