Intellisense stopped working - Animated Help Assistants.

Hi,
This has surely been covered before but I cannot see it verified
anywhere,

I Have VS.Net 2002 along with Win XP Pro.

Suddenly (or so it seemed) my Intellisense stopped working when I
hovered over an error in my code. Anyway to cut a long story short I found
that the culprit was those animated help assistants (little dog) one gets in
e.g. a Search window from Windows Explorer. As soon as I switched them
off...Intellisense started working again - or in my approach to isolating
the problem - closing the search window down.

Has this been verified as a BUG..or am I barking (sic) up the wrong
tree.
