.NET 2003 IDE Help System

.NET 2003 IDE Help System
I am getting a Cannot Find Server error when I try and use the help system. 
Ths MSDN system is fully installed on a local machine.

I can pull up an index, then get the index results window at the bottom of t
he screen, but clicking a link brings up the above error.

Any ideas?
