Treating these venues as equivalent establishes a precedent of impropriety. When posting to comp.lang.cobol please include a rate, or range of rates, associated with the position(s) offered; to do otherwise leads many to conclude that you are either trolling for resumes or running a blind ad to determine rates. But it is already designated for another c.l.cobol-ite that recently hinted on another thread that my company (on the brink of turning 35 years old) might be incapable of surviving because we are a small company. ;-) Tom
