Set the standard for robust, scalable J2EE applications and integration!
As the
expert resource to a team of applications architects, you’ll define
and oversee
compliance with J2EE reference and software architecture for the company’s

software applications development and product integration projects.

Reporting to the AVP of Solutions Architecture, you’ll conduct all
phases of
formal architectural analysis and design for projects --providing input
to the
development of corporate architecture standards, polices, and procedures

for the analysis and quality assurance process. By ensuring the development

of high quality systems that fully address business needs, you’ll make
a
difference to overall organizational performance. No doubt, your
unquenchable desire to reach the pinnacle of architectural excellence

has led you ever upward from Sr. Developer, to Designer to Application

Architect, to Enterprise Architect. Odds are, you’ve led J2EE architecture

within a large financial organization, or been Chief Software Architect
within
a small to mid-size J2EE-based software company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Ability to evaluate the design and development of common architecture

components in Web applications.
-Expert level abaility in object-oriented design principles, design
patterns, UML,
J2EE and the APIs: JAAS, JSP, Servlet, EJB, JMS, JDBC, JTA.
-Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
-Ability to work in abstractions as well with incomplete information.
