File Folder Widget

Hi All,

Anybody every heard of a File Folder widget for VW?  I have an old
version for VW 3.0 but am hoping for an up to date version.  No Idea
where this thing came from.  This widget is just a tab control that
allows stacking of the tabs.  I suppose an enhancement to the tab
control would do too.
