There used to be an offer for a second Yugoslavian mirror some months
ago, but we have not heard more about the person since then. So it seems
we have a slot available for Yugoslavia. Please see
http://php.net/mirroring, and follow the steps described there. You will
probably get http://yu2.php.net/ as it seems.
