Bug description:  OCI8 functions missing from documentation

The function ocilogon() and dozens of other Oracle OCI8 functions that
don't have an underscore in their names seem to have gone missing from the
English online PHP Manual.

Google has a cached manual page for ocilogon(), for example, that was
updated as recently as 9 March 2004 (see
http://www.google.com/search?q=cach...&hl=en&ie=UTF-8),
but that page is now gone from www.php.net.

Searching the php.net Function List gets you "Sorry, but the function
ocilogon is not in the online manual."

Have these function pages been deleted from the manual? If so, I can't
find that documented anywhere on php.net. Hope I'm not missing something
obvious here. Thanks!
