Programming Forum and web based access to our favorite programming groups.Our client, A successful software company, is currently looking for a permanent Technical Specialist Customer Support. This role wil consist of being the front line support to clients. You will assist on everything from software related problems to looking thru code and trying, to resolve the problem, to helping on an upgrade install. requirements: - Configure control forms with business rules within the software to allow clients to conduct their business processes - Work closely with the Project Manager to support the client through all phases of the conversion project. - Review and interpret computer code; making recommendations if necessary - A strong understanding of object-oriented languages such as Visual FoxPro; C++ or Visual Basic is essential - Strong analytical skills - Experience with Business Process Review is an asset - Experience with Crystal Reports is an asset - Outstanding oral and written skills and telephone manner are required Experience and Education - Previous experience with a utility company is an asset - Post-secondary education in a technology-related discipline or equivalent work experience is an asset - 2+ years of programming experience Please send resumes jobs@systemsontime.com
