The first distribution package of xlsLib had a broken old version of the
windows-DLL PHP extension that will crash the apache web server. xlsLib
v0.0.2 has been released with the latest working version. You can get it
at the download area (http://xlslib.yeico.com/download/lite.php).
Version 0.0.1 will not be distributed.

I'm very sorry for any problem that this issue could have coused.
