Happy Birthday System/360!
April 7th marks the 40th anniversary of when IBM introduced
System/360.  It is still going strong as the Z series.
(Tonight on TCM will be Zorro).

S/360 marked a major advance in technology and philosophy.

Hopefully the other computers will catch up.
