Why the preference for Indians?  Is it so you can hire them for dirt cheap
rates?

Especially when you look at what he wants them for--simple installation of
software.  Read:  'I don't know enough to do it myself, but I don't want to
pay decent wages to have it done properly for me.  I shouldn't have to pay
for my ignorance.'

Those aren't Indians, those are First Nations.
