You might need to review your course notes; these two things are not the
same.

I am NOT a certified WebMaster, (although I have developed a number of web
sites and am still doing so, learning as I go...). When I say XML, I mean
XML... When I say XHTML, I mean "strict HTML"... :-)

Have a look at my all-time favourite Internet site (I like it so much and
have found it so useful, I intend to pay them a small percentage of revenue
generated from stuff I built with knowledge obtained there...); They will
clarify the differences for you...

http://www.w3schools.com/default.asp

Click on "Learn XHTML" in the left hand side panel, then "XHTML v XML" in
the same side panel.

Getting back to the booze... :-)

It is a bottle of pale red liquid, visibly labelled CAB MET 2006. The
label appears to have been written and applied by hand (there are creases in
it) and it has been placed deliberately towards the camera.

After checking with some knowledgeable people in my wine club and searching
the web, I cannot find a grape variety that is commonly abbreviated as
"Met." .

However, blending Cabernet-Sauvignon with Merlot is popular...

My guess:

This is a home-made Cabernet Merlot.

An easy way to check would be to ask Charlie what was in the bottle... :-)

Here's his blog address:
