A few ws back I had problems with the Adtools site but it does now appear to be back. A browse revealed the following link: http://www.adtools.com/student/index.htm#1 for the student version (the free compiler).

Some textbooks are supplied with version 3.0 or version 4.0. AFAIK version 4.0 does not supply the ODBC or optimization missing from version 4.0. In addition, version 4.0 may have more trouble installing under Win 2000 or XP than version 3.0. [YMMV] -- elliot
