question... pls help me...

Hello to everybody!!!
This is my first time that I have logged on this forum..
I have a problem..
You see Im trying to create an exe file to be used in x-steel software throu
gh csharp but as of now, I can only paste the content of that text file insi
de the code editor and run it in x-steel. And therefore cannot compile it. 
How can I make csharp read a text file, lets say in drive c, and automatical
ly execute in in x-steel. Lets say that i want to create a beam that the pro
perties of it is in a notepad, and with an exe file created in csharp, that 
beam would be created in x-steel. 
Hope you get my point.
