Author Minor deprecations anyone?

Hi everyone!

While doing some Pod::Coverage stuff for Rocco, I noticed some methods
should be deprecated soon. Rocco wanted to know if anybody else is using
them before we go ahead with the deprecation. I scoured CPAN as much as
possible and didn't find any modules using those methods.

POE::Kernel::get_event_count()
POE::Kernel::get_next_event_time()

Also, POE::Kernel::queue_p_alarms() is now deprecated in SVN, please
let us know if you need them and we'll reinstate/leave them be for 0.39 :)

Thanks!
