This is a new release of IKC. It contains only minor changes. Probably
the most important is a work around for a bug in some versions of Perl
that prevents various wheels' DESTROY being called. This was leaking
memory and not allowing POE to shutdown sanely. It also fixes another,
very small leak.

The work around was to call the wheel's DESTROY explicitly.

0.15 was an internal version
