What it mean: Remittance Information: /RFB/914972001 WIRE FEE -5674 NA NA

Hi,
Recently, Emetrix pay money to me via International Wire Transfer, there are
following lines on the account paper:
Remittance Information: /RFB/914972001
WIRE FEE -5674 NA NA
The clerk in bank counter wondered whether I am selling wire. Because
according to law of our country, they can't give the money to me if I am
selling wire. I explained to them that WIRE FEE mean fee for International
Wire Transfer, but she said that it could not be 5674$.
What does "WIRE FEE -5674 NA NA" mean? How should I explain it to bank?
