Important Deadlines:
April 28, 2006 - Last date to submit abstracts
April 3, 2006 - Registration begins
August 28, 2006 - Last date for Hotel Registrations

The first Team Software Process (TSP) Symposium will include all
yearly TSP activities. The conference will bring together users,
adopters, and developers of the TSP, those involved in its development
and transition, and those who are new to the technology and eager to
learn more. Attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas,
concepts, and lessons learned concerning the experiences, best practices,
and suggested introduction strategy for the TSP methods and practices.

Symposium Schedule
.. September 18 & 19, 2006 - General Session
.. September 20, 2006 - TSP User Group Meeting (TUG)
.. September 21, 2006 - PSP/TSP Instructor & Coach Annual Workshop
(Attendance at this workshop is by invitation only.)

Call for Presentations:
Submit short abstracts of approximately 250 to 300 words, describing
presentations relative to experiences in adopting, transitioning,
and supporting TSP teams in commercial, or military/government
organization. Presentations on directly-related subjects, especially
the Personal Software Process (PSP), are also welcomed and encouraged.

Abstracts should emphasize team performance, measurement, improvement,
and benefits. For example:
.. improving team performance and agility with discipline and measurement
.. improving team cost and schedule performance through project management
.. improving team performance through quality management
.. achieving small team performance on large projects

Abstracts should fully describe the planned content and relationship
to the conference. All abstracts accepted will be for papers to be
presented at the conference in electronic (PowerPoint)format. Abstracts
must be submitted no later than April 28, 2006 to tsp@sei.cmu.edu.
Authors who submit abstracts on or before April 7, 2006 that are
included in the final Symposium agenda will receive an autographed
copy of Watts Humphrey's latest book.

Abstracts will be accepted only at this e-mail address. All required
information must be completed. Upon completion of the required
information, an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Hotel Reservations:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Omni Hotel, 675 L Street,
San Diego, CA 92101, phone (619) 231-6664. The cut-off date for
reservations for the TSP Symposium is August 28, 2006. After that date,
the hotel cannot guarantee a room at these rates. Directions are on
