| We have a requirement for a set of 8 consultants to work on a Helpdesk
validation assignment in Chennai.
Please note that there is no application/software testing involved.
The only commonality with normal application testing may be limited to
the use of some prepared test scripts/ use of HP Test Director/
Quality Centre as test repository.
Role: Offshore War-Game Testers
Start Date: 11th Feb (or sooner)
Job Type ; Contract based (Extendable based on performance)
Salary ; Actractive
Responsibilities: War game testers will interface directly with the
transition suppliers and will be required to be on site for the full
duration of the war game tests. In addition to simply following the
test case scripts as set out by the test analysts the war game testers
will be required to form and report back an authoritative view of the
competence of the individual support teams for the various
applications. A war game
tester should have experience of dealing with support and incident
management teams. The war game testers will also be responsible for
reporting progress in the test
Experience:
* Testing with support and incident management teams.
* Understanding of how an IT Services support organization works.
* Using Test Director or Quality Centre to set up tests and report
test results.
* Understanding of war gaming techniques
