Job Title: QA TESTERS
Duration: Fulltime
Locations: Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX; Lisle, IL ;
Hartford, CT; Fremont, CA; Quincy, MA; Minneapolis, MN; Bellevue, WA;
Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX etc.
Salary: DOE+ Benefits

Responsibilities: --
* Responsible for design of test scenarios & co-ordinating the
activities of the team.
* Analysing the test requirement.
* Create a requirement traceability matrix & arrive at a Test
Strategy
solving any technical issues faced by the TE's.
* Periodically reviewing the test cases developed & test execution
results.
* Ensuring that the defects are logged correctly & tracked till
closure the change control & management of the testware for his
module.
* Interfacing between the members of his team & Test Manager for
scheduling, allocating & executing the module.
Experience/Skills: --
* Minimum 4 years experience in reputed software companies.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational & writing
skills.
* Ability to interact & communicate with the business users & provide
value adds to the application.
* Ability to solve complex issues in given time.
* Ability to work independently & also play the role of a good team
player / leader.
* Prior experience in handling small teams, requirement analysis,
design and formal quality processes is a must.
* Good Presentation, communication and influencing skills.
* Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills.
* Proven expertise in any of the following technologies / skill sets
is necessary.
* At least one Testing Tool - Rational (Robot, Test Manager/
Performance Studio), Radview (Web Load), Mercury (Win runner, Load
Runner, Test Director, Quick Test Pro), Segue (Silk Test, Silk
Performer).
* At least one Operating System (AS 400, Mainframe, Unix/Linux,
Windows), one Database (Oracle, Sybase, Informix, DB2, MS Access) and
one business domain(preferable)- Retail (familiarity with Retek/RMS
is
desired), Finance, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing).
Qualifications:
1. BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
preferred. Significant professional experience may be considered in
lieu of degree.2. Highly motivated, self-starter that can work
proactively with minimal supervision.3. Strong organizational skills
applied across multiple concurrent projects.4. Effective
communication
skills (verbal/written/presentation).5. Ability to work on multiple
projects and assignments simultaneously and deliver them on time.6.
Ability to effectively negotiate and plan resources and priorities.7.
Experience of working on Full life cycle projects.
