Hi everyone

I'm implementing IBM SDLC protocol on VxWorks 6.40 . Coding phase is
almost completed but I can't find a way to test it because I don't
have a hw that sends SDLC frames.

So i does anyone of you know how to find a SDLC Frame generator ?
Regards

Hello,
Well, you can use "Ethereal", supporting a huge number of protocols
(up to be 700, from different vendors, etc), including SDLC
(Synchronous Data Link Control). Too, you can use "Packetyzer" from
Network Chemistry, Inc. Both 'em work great!

Aside, different protocols are derived from SDLC, for instance HDLC,
LAPB, QLLC, that you can use Ethereal to rock some of 'em (i.e. LAPB,
and HDLC for some standards like Cisco, Wellfleet, and so on) too.

Any technical problem!? Come on...
