Hi All,

Can you please suggests me any book which Describes the Roles and
Responsibilities of Personnel involved in Testing, like Tester/Lead/
Manager.

IMO, if you read any book related to software testing they will have
information on this topic. You might not be able to get exact
information you need but it will help. For testing I found "Testing
Computer Software" by Dr. Kaner very helpful.

Remember that the roles and responsibilities for any person in any
organization will be context-dependent. Books might tell you about
the way some things are done in some places. However, while there are
authors, there are no authorities. The roles and responsibilities for
you will be determined by you and your manager (or, if you're the CEO,
your board).

I've been sent a copy of Managing the Test People (http://
www.oreilly.com/catalog/9781933952123/) to read. The title would
suggest that it would have the information you are sing. But again,
this is just this particular author's view which might not apply to
your organizational structure. My view can be seen at
