hi all of u
i m new in loadrunner and got some errors when started the
MercuryWebTours tutorial in that virtual users are not initialized .
the error messages are

((((((((
Message Code -19799 and Message is
C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\Mercury LoadRunner\bin\cci.exe:
unknown target

Message Code 0 and Message is
19800

)))))

but cci.exe exists in the bin directory.
kindly tell me how can i solve this error.
