I am out of touch with freeware testing tools. Can anyone recommend or
suggest a test management tool in the freeware category?

It's a wiki where each page contains tables of data. You can edit the data,
hit a test button, and see the results in-page.

And you can decorate the test pages any way you like, forming your
application's main documentation system.
