Search the web on "Use Case" modeling technique.
If you haven't articles by searching the Web, you can read "Writing
Effective Use Cases", a book by Alistair Cockburn.
you can read article 'Test case template for those who are using or
would like to implement the Use Case modeling technique.' on
http://www.geocities.com/xtremetesting/

Definitions of "use cases" can be found by Googling for them, or by
referring to Cockburn's work. They are one way of obtaining
referential information about a product. They are not the only way of
obtaining information about a product. How they affect testing is
entirely up to you and your organization.
