Issue while Recording -- Rational Robot

Hi,
When recording Rational Robot script on EMPOWER(runs on .NET,visual
studio) application ,iam getting the follwing error message.
"Failed to load resources from resource file.Please check your
setup"
After recording couple of forms and when I click the last icon on the
GUI Insert Tool Bar for generating verification point this error msg
pops up.
This message comes during record itself.Appreciate if somebody can
suggest on this how to go about this issue.
Iam looking for some quick resolution,if any body has solution then
please do mail to this id parchuri_s@yahoo.com
