Hopefully you haven't just cut and paste the information from the
resources I provided into the online assessment. I would expect the
face-2-face interviewer to confirm WHY the answers are what they are.

Case in point, the company I currently work for gives a multiple choice
and short answer quiz. Once you finish the quiz a manager sits with you
and asks you to explain WHY the answer is what you picked.

You might find the face-2-face interview will start with someone asking
you to justify the answers you gave.
