A quiz is a fine idea as recreational fun for existing testers as
friendly competition and to share knowledge, but for recruiting it
becomes a test. The test may not reveal potentially good testers, but
the views of the test setters.

You probably want mostly open, exploratory questions to allow your
potential testers to reveal what they know.
