Thanks for the advice. Just seraching and looking at forums gave me a
wealth of information. I have now passed the test and have had a
telephone interview. I now have 2 face-to-face interviews followed by
another online assessment test! These hoops are for the same company
which I used to work or 11 years ago where one interview lasted 30
minutes and that was it! How times have changed :-)

Yes, HR screeners need a full-time gig, too.

Just don't tell them "Waterfall sucks!"
