Author Distributing evenly the remaining blank space of a page with e.g.

I am writing a booklet of exercises/problems and I want to leave a
blank space after the text of the question for the discussion of the
answer, let's say 2-3 cm. But I do not want to worry about if the last
question of a page has enough space for the answer or not, so I would
like to specify, for instance 3 questions per page, and the LaTeX run
takes into account the sum of the written lines ( the total of the
three questions), then calculate the blank space remaining in the page
and finally put the first question, one third of the remaining blank
space, then the second question, again one third of the remaining
blank space and the last question with its blank space.

Other easier approaches like fix-length-labels frames do not guarantee
equals blank spaces after each paragraph.

Any idea will be welcomed.

Thanks
