Author contour plot of an arch

Hello all,

I have data in the form {{x1,y1,T1},{x2,y2,T2},,,,}

where xi and yi are coordinates of an arch in 2-D, and Ti are the
temperatures in the location {xi,yi}.

The temperatures change linearly between nodes (FEM)

I am interested in plotting a contour plot of the arch, where the color
would indicate the temp. Also, a reference bar for the temperature on
the side.

As I understand, The default of contour plot in Mathematica does not
accept {xi,yi,Ti} as an array to plot. Also, it plots the result in a
rectangle.

Thank you for your help,

Doron
