Author multiple 2D imagesc -> one 3D volume

I have some EEG data taken from different locations on the
brain. For each one of the different readings I perform a
wavelet transform. I then proceed plot the wavelets using
the imagesc command. What results is a frequency vs time vs
intensity plot with the intensity showing up in different
colours.

Now say I want to combine all the readings into one 3D plot
so that I have frequency vs time vs location making up the
3D coordinates and the intensity being the colour.

Does anyone have an idea of how I might go about doing that?
