Please take a look at OpenLM floation license manager. It is
designed to boost the use of licenses for any product based
on FLEXlm.
OpenLM supplies an open API that allows developers to add
support to OpenLM functionality inside any product.
The development of an extension for Matlab should not be too
big a work and you can contact the company to ask for the
support.
