Author Region of interest (ROI) across a video sequence

Hi
I am working on mathlab on an specific ROI of ultrasound images taken
from video sequences, but at the end of the day, it takes a lot of
time, so I was asking myself if it would be feasible to work with a
video sequence on mathlab but keeping the ROI through the individual
frames of the video sequence. Thanks in advance for your help.
