That's very very very very very bad indeed... our school didn't install it
also... so I have no chance of using it?

Not unless you can talk your school into purchasing and installing it.
The idea is that the student version allows you to learn matlab and apply
matlab to your coursework. Under such a framework, there is little
reason to enable you to produce distributable programs.
