Author Newbie question about "Link for Code Composer Studio" toolbox

Hi everyone,

I have never used the "Link for Code Composer Studio" toolbox before
and so these are my questions:

(1) I am using TI C64 on our in-house board. I am using Code Composer
Studio version 3 (either 3.1 or 3.2). I have browsed through the
Matlab manual but I am not sure if the toolbox only works for certain
boards or it will work for any board (as long as Code Composer Studio
can talk to the board).

(2) Would I be able to do the following with this toolbox?

Step 1: Initialize a global array in DSP memory to a certain test
pattern. This is the input vector.

Step 2: Call a C function to process the input vector. This will
generate an output vector. This C function will actually run on the
DSP chip. Here I hope that I don't need to create a main() for
testing my C function.

Step 3: Read the output vector from DSP memory and verify it it
Matlab.

Thanks.
