Simulink now supports data acquisition using the Data Acquisition
Toolbox. This support began with Data Acquisition Toolbox V2.9.

Here is a downloadable Simulink model you can use to acquire live
data into Simulink:

This model uses a PC sound card as the example hardware but can be
easily adapted to use other data acquisition hardware.
