I need to model basic economics of a natural gas-fired power plant.
Goal is a toy model of impact of environmental variables, emissions
controls, NG fuel prices upon plant efficiency and power market. I
only want a toy model at this stage - just a tool for understanding
some of the gross causal relationships.

I'd like to work in Simulink, and don't want to re-invent too many
wheels. My web search didn't turn up anything, but maybe I just
missed it. Anybody out there looked at this before?

If you want a model of the econcomic aspects, rather than the engineering
aspects then I can probably help. Nothing in simulink, but lots in MATLAB.

Drop me a line with some more details.
