How can I use the Levenberg Marquardt (from Optimization toolbox) to
refine the Fundamental Matrix (3x3 matrix). Tutorial or examples of
how to use optimization functions such as lsqnonlin are very welcome.

Check out the reference pages of the different functions.
For instance, typing "doc lsqnonlin" at the MATLAB prompt
will bring up the one for lsqnonlin - it has an example
that you can follow.
