Author fill3 input arguments

Ladies & Gentlemen,

I'm relatively new to Matlab. I'm currently using Matlab to construct
a model of a working resource. I'm trying to model in 3D, using
either plot3 or fill3. I have many matrices, starting with, X1, Y1,
Z1. When I try to plot, the system responds: too many input
arguments.
After reading about 3D modeling, I thought it possible to use an
unlimited number of input arguments,i.e., X1, Y1, Z1,...Xn, Yn, Zn.
Where am I making the error? Thank you.

Daniel
