Resetable Transfer Function with initial conditions (External)

Does anyone know how to create an arbitrarily resetable transfer
function (either continuous or discrete) with initial conditions? I
am looking for something like the integrators that have inputs for a
reset and IC but allow me to input any transfer function I'd like.

For the time being, I have been factoring my transfer functions into
blocks of 1/s (or 1/z) and constants and resetting those. This works,
however, as the order of my transfer functions increase, this
approach is becoming increasingly difficult.

Any help would be appreciated!
