structure input to a s-function

Hello,

I am not a programmer, and was hoping to use the s-function builder
to put in a navigation function coded in C into my simulink model.
One of the problems that I am having is that the original C function
has inputs and outputs that are structures, and I can't seem to
figure out how to implement this inside the s-function builder. Any
help or guidance to resources will be greatly appreciated. Thank You
