I get the following: "This application has failed to start because
mspdb80.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this
problem." I notice that mspdb80.dll is in the Common7 directory. What's the
fix? Copy the dll into the VC/bin directory?

Set up PATH, LIB, INCLUDE, etc, properly by running VSVARS32.BAT
